Experience:
Work experience in a similar position in another 5 Star Hotel for2-3years. Technical course in F&B management. Minimum 3 years full time course
Job Summary:
To ensure smooth and efficient operation of banquets. Operate the outlet as a business unit as per the standards and procedures and practice managerial principles, in order to achieve departmental goals, in terms of Guest Satisfaction, financial targets, and training and high employee morale.
