任职要求/岗位职责

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.Minimum seven (7) years experience in Front Office functions, at least five (5) years of which must be in a managerial position in a 4 or 5-star hotel managed by overseas hotel management company.
2.Solid experience in Front Office including Front Desk, Night Audit, PABX, Reservations, Bell staff, and Guest Services.
3.Strong yield management skills and ability to instill those in others.
4.Verifiable record improving guest service and satisfaction.
5.Instill a guest service attitude in all employees.
6.Abilities to inspire, train, and develop people for their career development.
7.Fluency in English spoken and written.
