任职要求/岗位职责

o have knowledge of the hotels Quality Standards, Service Standards and Group Specifications.
了解酒店质量标准、服务标准、集团规范。
- To have knowledge of standard operating policies and procedures.
了解标准操作规定和流程。
Supervises and conducts training on a regular basis.
督导培训，并定期开展培训。
- Monitors the progress of various training programmers on their effectiveness.
监察各种培训计划执行和进展的情况。

- Creates a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.
创建一个积极的和有活力的工作环境，促进发展团队精神。
- Utilizes and develops communication tools and channels for the dissemination of information and workflow in all sections.

- Is responsible for keeping all linen closets neat, cleaned and stocked.

- Is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of service areas.

- Inspects rooms daily, including check-out, vacant and make-up rooms for cleanliness and that rooms are defect free.

Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival.

- Maintains a daily logbook of Service Associates – Guest Room
assignments, maintenance deficiencies and prepares work order.
坚持填写值班日志，包括分房情况，维修问题和工作票。
- Reports to the Service Associate –Rooms Controller/Order Taker maintenance deficiencies that require immediate attention and follow up on their status.
向客房监控员报告需要立即维修的问题并及时跟进。
- Ensures that all vacant / clean rooms and stay over rooms status have been updated.
保证及时更改房态。
- Ensures proper care and use of equipment, carts, baskets, cleaning and guest room supplies.
确保对设备、车辆、篮子、清洁用品和客用品的正确维护和使用。
- Ensure that all Lost and Found items are forwarded to the Lost and Found Department according to establishes procedures.
确保所有的客人遗留物根据既定流程上报给失物招领部门。
- Reports to the Service Manager – Guest Floor any loss or damage of furniture, fixture or equipment.

- To constantly install ownership in staff to maximize Rooms Profit.

- Ensure supplies and stocks are maintained.

- Ensures the highest level of safety and security by facilitating effective training programmes that delivers a high degree of awareness amongst staff.

- Checks and maintains that all hygiene rules and regulations are strictly adheres to.
