1. This position is concerned with supervision of all repair and maintenance and new installations of Kitchen, Laundry, Boilers, Swimming pool,Pipe and Health Club within the hotel; ensuring the highest quality maintenance, efficiently achieved with minimum operation interference.
负责检查维保酒店厨房设备、洗衣房设备、游泳池、管道、健身房设备等，确保设备处于良好的运转状态，降低影响正常运转的时间。
2. This position is concerned with repairs and maintenance of all electrical equipments including high tension, low tension ，power supply of the hotel, and the control of power usage to ensure maximum efficiency and reduction in expense for heat, light and power.
负责酒店高、低压线路及各种设备维护保养，电源供应，在保证效率的同时控制电力消耗。
3. This position is concerned with the maintenance and repair of the hotel buildings, grounds and contents and all guestroom area in a cost-effective manner and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment; supervisor the Building maintenance team.
有效地管理酒店的建筑，室内外地面和对客区域设施的有效维护保养，确保所有饰面处于良好状态，并监督管理装修班组。
