(Role Summary) 工作概述﹣(职位概述) ?Oversees and directs all aspects of
Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry operations and Health Club

of these operations to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial
attention and personal recognition

profitability within all areas of responsibility. Participate in
the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and

?Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information
related to the expected arrival and departure of VIP’s and other

Room Division Operation in the areas of revenue expenditure,
profitable and performance against budget

?Works with Director of Finance in the preparation and management

职位资格和技能


?4 years of guest service / hotel experience with two years in a
management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and
experience. 拥有4年酒店宾客服务工作经验，包括2年管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景
?Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration
or equivalent 具有酒店行政管理，商业管理或相关的学士学位。 ?Communication skills are
utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others；
demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and
third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the
