Role and Responsibilities
? Preparation of Financial Statements/Reports
准备财务报表/报告 。
? Monitors the closing of monthly accounts

? Checks journal vouchers for accuracy

? Ensures accounts are ready

? Ensures reports are correct and up to required standards

? Reviews and checks the work of subordinates
复核下属的工作情况。
? Compares budget to actual expenditures report
实际和预算对比报告。
? Informs and advises the M, F & BS when a variance in individual items occurs and indicates remedial action to be taken
当出现差异时及时通报财务总监并提出相应的补救建议。
? The group interior audit and the accounting firm audit, to coordinate the in,outside audits, to provide the related data and guarantee the audit work to be smooth
集团内部审计和会计师事务所审计，与内、外审计人员积极配合，提供相关资料并确保审计工作顺畅。
? Develops a working knowledge of all procedure sand operations as detailed in the Accounting Manuals
了解财务手册中的所有规程和运作细节。
? Reads and understands thoroughly the policies and procedures stated in the Accounting Manual

? Strictly ute the intercontinental group Control Self Assistant standard
