1. GENERAL DUTIES: 主要职责
i. Assists the Revenue Manager in the day-to-day operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the high degree of service and efficiency throughout the Reservations department

ii. Oversees and supervises the overall performance of the department to ensure all daily tasks and duties are completed on time

iii. Develops, organizes and implements on-the-job training to Reservations Agents

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 职责和方法
i. Be knowledgeable about hotel room status, inventory, promotions, facilities and different services offered throughout the hotel

ii. Communicates to Reservations Agents current sales strategy, promotional efforts and other hotel activities

iii. Oversees and supervises the overall office performance as well as individual Reservations Sales Agents ' performance

iv. Monitors staffing requirements including the workload of individual reservation associates and co-ordinates Reservations Sales Agents ' roaster

v. Reviews the expected arrival report daily

vi. Follows up on current month group rooming list

vii. Ensures commission requests are followed up

viii. Controls rate programs such as open/close for Reservations Sales Agents to sell after cut-off days or in excess of allotment

ix. Prepares monthly production reports and distributes to appropriate parties

x. Ensures all reservations are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy prior to guest’s arrival.

xvii. Reviews all arrivals on tight periods to minimize unexpected ＂wash＂ or cancellations

xviii. Monitors call handling to maximize opportunities in upwelling

xix. Assists any associates in his/her job performance, when required, to ensure uest satisfaction
